5. Meta Platform Data

If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp Business account to a DM Fast Solutions application, you may request the deletion of data associated with those integrations.

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will remove or anonymize the information that we control, unless we are legally required or contractually obligated to retain certain records.

Please note that deleting your information from DM Fast Solutions does not automatically delete information maintained by Meta Platforms. You may also manage your data directly through your Meta account settings.

6. Google Account Data

If you have authorized DM Fast Solutions to access your Google account or Google services, you may revoke those permissions at any time through your Google Account security settings.

After your request has been verified, any Google-related information stored by DM Fast Solutions that is no longer required to provide our services will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.

7. Artificial Intelligence Services

If your information has been processed through AI-powered features provided by DM Fast Solutions, we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize any retained personal information under our control, subject to applicable legal, contractual, or operational requirements.

AI-generated content that has been incorporated into business records, reports, or customer-owned systems may remain under the control of the customer or applicable third-party providers.

Even after a deletion request has been completed, certain information may be retained where permitted or required by applicable law.

Examples include:

  • Billing and accounting records.
  • Tax documentation.

  • Legal compliance records.

Any retained information will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
